PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The STALCO PERFECT aluminum putty blade is a replaceable accessory designed for STALCO putty knives equipped with an interchangeable blade system. It is suitable for various finishing applications, including leveling building materials and removing irregularities from plastered surfaces.
The blade is made of hardened stainless steel, providing excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, and resistance to rust, corrosion, and most aggressive chemicals. With a hardness of 48–50 HRC, the blade is designed to maintain its working edge during frequent use. The rounded corners allow smooth and precise application of finishing compounds while helping prevent scratches and uneven material buildup on the surface.
The blade features four locks compatible with STALCO PERFECT 0.3 mm anodized aluminum putty profiles. The interchangeable system allows the worn blade to be quickly replaced by releasing the clamps without additional tools.
The replacement blades are available in 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm thicknesses, with lengths ranging from 250 to 1500 mm, making them compatible with the STALCO range of aluminum putty profiles.
