The JEAN work trousers from the STALCO PERFECT line are functional workwear. They feature a versatile cut and timeless accents, including navy blue twill, antiqued gold rivets and a button, and faux leather at the back of the waistband. They are made of high-quality cotton fabric with added polyester and elastane reinforcement. This makes the material comfortable, flexible and highly durable. They feature additional reinforcements and elements to improve their durability. They also feature contrasting elements to enhance worker visibility. They can be worn for a variety of jobs in industries such as agriculture and food processing, installation, carpentry and roofing.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
CORDURA fabric reinforcements
STALCO PERFECT JEAN trousers feature CORDURA polyester reinforcements. The material is used on the knee pockets, which are designed for foam inserts to protect the knees. Furthermore, CORDURA inserts are located on the lower legs, reinforcing the areas most vulnerable to tearing and damage, repelling water and allowing the legs to be extended by 4 cm.
Multifunctional and comfortable pockets
The trousers feature 74 pockets and compartments, providing added functionality. In addition to the knee pockets, there are leg pockets. The right leg is designed for storing small tools, a tape measure, a knife and a pencil. The left leg features a large bellows pocket containing several compartments, a large phone pocket and a large pocket secured with a waterproof zipper. Furthermore, the pockets are not fully sewn to the leg material, improving comfort when using the pockets and wearing the trousers in awkward positions.
Reinforced stitching and protection of the most exposed areas
These work jeans are designed and crafted with tough working conditions in mind. The main seams are triple-stitched and reinforced with bartacks, while the most exposed areas are additionally fastened with rivets, further enhancing their durability.
Comfortable cut and fastenings
The trousers feature a classic cut, a wide gusset and an elasticated construction for maximum comfort. The fly fastens with a metal YKK zipper and a studded metal button. Additionally, the waistband features an elasticated "Stretch Belt", which automatically adjusts the waistband to the wearer's size for a comfortable fit.
