The SOFTER work sandal features a breathable upper made of natural nubuck leather. This material provides excellent resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion while giving the footwear a premium appearance. Mesh elements are also incorporated into the upper. The sole construction also enhances the safety and comfort of the "SOFTER" work sandal. Two-stage polyurethane injection technology is used, resulting in a sole made from materials with two different hardness levels. The inner layer is soft and flexible, while the outer layer is hard and abrasion-resistant. In addition, the sole is oil-resistant and provides slip resistance on wet ceramic floors, ensuring good traction on different surfaces.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
Natural Nubuck Leather – Characterized by a short nap created through delicate sanding of the leather. Its fibres are much shorter than those of suede. Nubuck is one of the more refined types of leather, and its dense, durable structure makes it exceptionally resistant to wear.
Mesh Upper – Lightweight and breathable, helping to provide good ventilation for the feet during use.
Composite Toe Cap – A component located at the front of the shoe beneath the fabric trim. Its primary function is to protect the toes against accidents that could seriously injure the forefoot. It protects against impacts with an energy of at least 200 joules.
PU/PU Sole - Two-stage polyurethane injection – The outer layer in contact with the ground is made of solid polyurethane and is highly resistant to abrasion and cuts. The inner layer is made of foamed polyurethane, making the footwear lightweight and flexible while effectively cushioning uneven surfaces.
SR/SRC Anti-Slip Sole – Reduces slipping on ceramic surfaces coated with a cleaning solution and provides slip resistance on steel surfaces coated with glycerol.
Oil-Resistant Sole – Makes the sole resistant to diesel fuel.
Anti-Electrostatic Sole – Prevents the wearer from becoming electrically charged.
Anti-Shock System – Cushions impacts, reducing vibrations and stress on the joints and spine and providing greater walking comfort.
Built-in Leather Heel Counter – Protects the heel against abrasions and calluses. It prevents foot slippage and protects the inner material of the shoe from damage.
Rubber Trikot Fastener – Provides a flexible fit without cumbersome, dangling laces.
Reflective Element – Improves safety, with some reflective elements increasing the wearer's visibility up to approximately 150 metres.
