PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The STALCO KO metal door frame connector is a reliable fastening solution for construction and installation work. As the screw is driven in, the metal sleeve expands inside the drilled hole, providing precise positioning and a secure, stable connection.
The KO connector is designed for installation in solid substrates such as concrete, ceramic bricks, and silicate bricks. It is suitable for fastening window and door frames, as well as other building components subjected to constant loads.
The STALCO KO connector enables quick and precise installation. It is available in several sizes, with a minimum embedment depth of 40 mm regardless of the connector length.

PRODUCT MATERIAL:
Sleeve and screw made of electro-galvanized carbon steel. Fire resistance classification: Class A1. Fasteners are protected with an electrolytic zinc coating with a minimum thickness of 5 µm.
APPLICATION:
For solid substrates such as standard C20/25 concrete.
STALCO KO expansion fasteners are designed for non-structural fastening of door frames, windows, and doors, as well as other statically loaded building elements. They can be used in standard non-cracked, reinforced, or unreinforced concrete of classes C20/25–C50/60, solid ceramic bricks with a minimum compressive strength of 15 N/mm², solid ceramic bricks with a minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm², and solid silicate bricks with a minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm².
