The Stalco Perfect MasterArc 200 PFC is an advanced inverter welder designed for assembly, service, and workshop applications. Designed for users who require high operational stability, a wide range of adjustments, and reliability in variable power conditions. Powered from a single-phase 230 V mains, the device utilizes IGBT inverter technology combined with a PFC (Power Factor Correction) system, which promotes stable operation and increases tolerance to supply voltage fluctuations.

The welder supports MMA and Lift TIG welding with a welding current range of 25–200 A. Support for coated electrodes with diameters of 1.6–5.0 mm allows for a wide range of construction, renovation, and installation work. The welder operates at currents up to 200 A, offering a duty cycle of 20% at 200 A and 100% at 89 A (10-minute reference cycle), allowing you to tailor operating parameters to the nature of the tasks being performed.

Welding support functions enhance control and comfort. Adjustable Hot Start facilitates arc ignition by momentarily increasing the starting current, ARC Force stabilizes the welding arc during welding, and Anti-Stick reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the material. The VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function reduces the voltage when idle, increasing safety. The welder is equipped with a Lift TIG function, which ignites the arc by gently touching the electrode to the material and lifting it.

The MasterArc 200 PFC boasts an efficiency of 88%, indicating the efficiency of the inverter system. The device features thermal protection and adaptive fan cooling, which adjusts the cooling system to the current load. Its IP21S rating allows the welder to be used in typical workshop and assembly conditions.

A clear segmented display makes it easy to control welding current settings, and a 3-meter power cable enhances workspace organization.
