The Velur NITRO painting set is a complete set of accessories designed for painting smooth surfaces with various types of paints and varnishes, including products based on nitro solvents. It is suitable for both professional construction work and home renovation projects. The STALCO painting set includes two 100 mm wide velour rollers manufactured using thermofusion technology. Their short pile is designed to distribute paints and varnishes evenly while leaving a smooth surface, making them suitable for applications such as paneling, floors, furniture, and other smooth substrates. The rollers can be used with the included paint handle, while the 150 × 290 mm paint tray provides a convenient solution for smaller painting jobs, detail work, and hard-to-reach areas.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
Small painting set for paints, varnishes, and nitro-based products – 4 mm pile – the velour fibers are highly resistant to aggressive solvent-based paints and varnishes, including nitro-based products. This resistance allows the rollers to be reused repeatedly when properly cleaned after each use.
Leaves a smooth surface – the length and structure of the pile allow paints and varnishes to be applied in a thin, even layer, resulting in a smooth finish. This is particularly useful when painting floors, paneling, furniture, and other surfaces where maintaining a smooth substrate is important.
Very strong fabric and cover manufactured using thermofusion technology – the fabric, fibers, and plastic tube are permanently bonded through high-temperature welding. This material-fusion process helps prevent the roller from coming apart during painting, even when used with chemically aggressive paints or varnishes.
