PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Gold ACRYL paint roller is a high-quality accessory designed for demanding finishing work and applying thick-layer latex and silicate paints. Its 12 mm pile is suitable for both smooth and slightly irregular surfaces. The roller provides excellent paint absorption and enables even and precise distribution across the surface, helping to make renovation work faster and more efficient. The STALCO PERFECT paint roller is made of durable polyamide, providing resistance to mechanical wear and most solvents. The pile is attached using thermofusion technology, which permanently bonds the fleece to the plastic tube through high-temperature welding. This construction helps prevent pile shedding during painting and extends the roller’s service life. The Gold ACRYL roller is available in widths ranging from 100 to 250 mm, with diameters of 17 and 54 mm.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
For thick and thick-layer paints – 12 mm pile, heavy-duty use – the polyamide pile is designed for applying thick-layer paints and is suitable for professional and intensive painting work. After thorough cleaning with water, the roller can be reused for subsequent painting projects.
For latex and silicate paints – the polyamide fibers offer good mechanical and chemical resistance, making the roller suitable for applying latex and silicate paints.
For smooth and textured surfaces – the roller performs effectively on textured surfaces such as facades, as well as smooth and slightly rough surfaces such as cement-lime plasters. It distributes paint evenly and reaches surface recesses effectively. On smooth surfaces, it leaves minimal paint texture while providing high coverage and helping to accelerate painting work.
Very strong fabric and cover – the selected materials and construction technology provide high resistance to delamination and abrasion, ensuring reliable performance when working with demanding paints.
Manufactured using thermofusion technology – the fleece and plastic tube are permanently bonded through high-temperature welding. This material-fusion process helps prevent the roller from coming apart during painting and ensures comfortable and reliable use.
