PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The replacement blade for the facade rasp is a practical accessory designed to restore the performance of a worn facade rasp. The set consists of four interchangeable blade modules, each 400 mm long, providing a total length of 1600 mm. The modular design allows individual blades to be replaced, making the facade rasp a reusable and cost-effective tool.
The blades are made of galvanized steel, providing good resistance to corrosion and suitable durability for demanding insulation work. When combined with the rigid aluminum rasp profile, the replacement blades enable precise alignment and leveling of polystyrene boards, helping improve work efficiency and accuracy.
APPLICATION:
The replacement blades are designed for use with the facade rasp. Worn blades can be easily replaced using a Phillips screwdriver. To replace a blade, simply remove the outer screws, slide out the worn blade, insert the new blade into the rasp profile, and secure it using the new screws supplied with the replacement blades.
