FLEX LINE Shorts – Protective Workwear
FLEX LINE shorts are a functional element of protective workwear. They feature a comfortable slim-fit cut with knee-length legs, ideal for summer work. These shorts are versatile and suitable for drivers, electromechanics, painters, and pavers. They are also popular in light industry, agriculture, and construction.
The shorts are made from RIP-STOP fabric, a polyester-cotton blend. The material is skin-friendly, slightly stretchable due to its unique structure, and highly durable and resistant to dirt and tearing. Reflective elements increase visibility, while the color and pattern give the shorts a modern look.
Cordura Reinforcements:
Nylon CORDURA coated with Teflon is used in areas prone to damage. CORDURA offers high resistance to mechanical damage, abrasion, and moisture. It reinforces the rear patch pockets and the front left leg pocket for a utility knife.
Functional Pockets:
The shorts feature multiple types of pockets, enhancing functionality. Around the waist, there are four pockets, two with zippers and one with a Velcro flap. These pockets are designed for phones, pens, keys, and a folding ruler. Pockets are only partially sewn to the legs, improving comfort and preventing tearing during squatting.
Reinforced Stitching:
All fabric seams are triple-stitched to prevent tearing. High-stress areas have reinforced bar tacks, belt loops, and Velcro fasteners. A double-layer patch in the rear reduces the risk of ripping. RIP-STOP fabric prevents fraying even if the material is punctured.
Comfortable Cut and Fastenings:
The shorts have an ergonomic cut with a rear yoke and raised waistband for better fit. Inside the waistband, an anti-slip elastic keeps the shorts in place and secures tucked-in clothing. YKK zippers ensure smooth operation, and a metal snap button secures the waist.
