PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The KTM insulation mounting plug is designed for the mechanical fastening of thermal insulation materials using a hammer-in metal pin. The plug is manufactured from high-quality polypropylene copolymer, while the steel pin is electro-galvanized for corrosion protection. The pin head is additionally coated with glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, helping to improve thermal insulation and reduce thermal bridging through the insulation layer.
The KTM plug is suitable for fastening polystyrene boards, mineral wool, and other insulation boards. It is available in diameters of 8 and 10 mm, with lengths ranging from 95 to 360 mm, providing options for different insulation thicknesses.
