The sole is manufactured using a two-stage polyurethane injection process. The harder material on the underside provides high abrasion resistance, while the softer inner material increases comfort. The TECHNIC LOW work shoe offers several additional comfort-enhancing features. The Anti-shock system absorbs impacts, reducing stress on the spine and making walking on uneven surfaces easier. The closed heel protects the foot against twisting and provides additional stability. Riveted loops make lacing easier, while the polyurethane-coated toe increases resistance to abrasion.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
Natural Leather, Embossed Split Cowhide – During production, the leather is split into two layers: the top grain layer and the second layer, known as split leather. This natural material undergoes an embossing process and, when covered with a polymer coating, resembles natural grain leather.
Metal Toe Cap – A protective component positioned at the front of the shoe underneath the outer material. Its main purpose is to protect the toes against injuries that could seriously damage the forefoot. It protects against impacts with an energy of at least 200 joules.
Metal Insole – Used in footwear with a strong structure that is resistant to deformation. It reinforces the sole from underneath and protects the foot against punctures and perforations.
PU/PU Sole – Two-stage polyurethane injection – The outer layer in contact with the ground is made of solid polyurethane, offering high resistance to abrasion and cuts. The inner layer is made of foamed polyurethane, making the footwear lightweight and flexible while helping to absorb uneven surfaces.
SR/SRC Anti-Slip Sole – Reduces the risk of slipping on ceramic surfaces coated with a cleaning solution and on steel surfaces coated with glycerol.
Oil-Resistant Sole – Makes the sole resistant to diesel fuel.
Antistatic Sole – Helps prevent the accumulation of electrostatic charges on the wearer.
Closed Heel – Reinforces the rear part of the foot and helps prevent twisting.
Anti-Shock System – Absorbs impacts, reducing vibrations and stress on the joints and spine and providing greater comfort while walking.
Built-in Leather Heel Counter – Protects the heel against abrasions and calluses. It also helps prevent foot slippage and damage to the inner material of the shoe.
Reflective Element – Improves safety and visibility. Some reflective elements can increase the wearer's visibility to approximately 150 metres.
Riveted Loops – Make it easier to lace and unlace the shoes.
PU Coated Toe – Provides increased resistance to abrasion at the toe tip.
