The sole is manufactured using a two-stage polyurethane injection process. The harder outer layer provides high resistance to abrasion, while the softer inner layer improves comfort. The TECHNIC LOW safety shoe offers several additional features to improve comfort and protection. Natural leather, embossed cowhide split leather – During production, the leather is split into two layers: the upper grain layer and the lower split layer. This natural material is embossed and covered with a polymer coating, giving it an appearance similar to full-grain leather.

Metal toe cap – Located at the front of the shoe beneath the lining, the toe cap protects the toes against injuries caused by impacts or falling objects. It provides impact protection up to 200 J.

Metal penetration-resistant insert – Reinforces the sole from underneath and protects the foot against punctures and perforations. It is designed to maintain protection in demanding working environments.

PU/PU sole – Two-stage polyurethane injection – The outer layer in contact with the ground is made of solid polyurethane, offering high resistance to abrasion and cuts. The inner layer is made of foamed polyurethane, making the footwear lightweight and flexible while helping cushion uneven surfaces.

SR/SRC slip-resistant sole – Helps reduce slipping on ceramic surfaces coated with a cleaning solution and on steel surfaces coated with glycerol.

Closed heel – Reinforces and stabilises the rear of the foot, helping reduce the risk of twisting.

Anti-shock system – Absorbs impacts and reduces vibrations and stress on the joints and spine, improving walking comfort.

Built-in leather heel counter – Protects the heel against abrasions and calluses. It also helps prevent the foot from slipping and protects the shoe's inner lining from damage.

Reflective element – Improves safety by increasing visibility. Some reflective elements can make the wearer visible from approximately 150 m.
