ROOFER O3S Leather Boot is a reliable shoe designed for roofers working in demanding conditions at heights. Made from durable natural crazy horse leather, it ensures long-lasting wear and resistance to damage, while maintaining flexibility and all-day comfort.
The shoe sole is constructed using cemented technology, providing a strong and durable bond. The mid-layer made of black EPR and green TPU ensures lightness, flexibility, and high-temperature resistance, while the outer layer of black rubber (RB) offers excellent grip and abrasion protection.
Additionally, MD (Model/Phylon) technology, a lightweight EVA foam shaped at high temperatures, provides excellent shock absorption and impact resistance. The combination of MD and RB makes the sole lightweight, cushioned, and durable—ideal for work requiring stability and foot protection.
The PEP-COM anti-puncture insole is a modern protective insole made from textile materials that are lighter, more flexible, and breathable than traditional steel insoles. It provides high puncture resistance, even from small-diameter objects like nails and screws, while enhancing comfort. It contains no metal, making it undetectable by metal detectors, and its thermal insulation and fatigue-reducing properties increase wearer comfort.
Additionally, the removable PU foam and mesh insole improves cushioning and helps keep feet dry. Reflective elements enhance visibility in low-light conditions. The internal “sandwich” mesh allows feet to breathe, maintaining optimal comfort all day. The sole is resistant to oils and fuels (FO), high temperatures up to 300°C (HRO), and provides good grip and slip resistance (SR), making it perfect for roofing professionals.
