TEX Window Installation Screw with Drill Point for PVC Reinforcement Profiles
The TEX window installation screw with a drill point is designed for construction and assembly applications. It is manufactured from high-quality steel with an electro-galvanized zinc coating that provides reliable corrosion protection. The screw features a 3.9 mm fully threaded shank and a self-drilling tip with a drilling capacity of up to 2.0 mm. It is equipped with a countersunk head and a PH2 recess for fast and secure installation.
The TEX screw is intended for fastening PVC profiles to steel reinforcement elements in window and door joinery, as well as for a wide range of assembly applications. It is ideal for window installation and is also suitable for timber-frame houses and other frame-based constructions.
Designed to simplify installation work, the self-drilling tip eliminates the need for pre-drilling when fastening through steel up to 2.0 mm thick. Installation can be carried out using any screwdriver or power tool fitted with a standard PH2 bit. The screw is available in lengths from 16 mm to 38 mm.
