The sole construction has a significant impact on safety. Service O1 STALCO work shoes feature a two-stage polyurethane injection process, using different polyurethane variants in two zones. The sole's outer layer is made of solid PU, providing high resistance to abrasion and cuts. The inner layer is made of foamed polyurethane, making the footwear lightweight and flexible while allowing it to adapt effectively to uneven surfaces. The sole is also oil-resistant, antistatic, and provides slip resistance, including on wet, smooth surfaces.

The shoe is also recommended for people who wear work footwear continuously for many hours. Thanks to the use of polyurethane and leather, the work shoe is very lightweight. The built-in leather heel counter helps prevent the foot from shifting during movement, reducing the risk of abrasions and pressure points. The closed heel increases stability and helps prevent sprains. The Anti-Shock system, used in STALCO models, improves shock absorption, making walking more comfortable and reducing stress on the spine and joints.

SR/SRC Anti-Slip Sole – Reduces slipping on ceramic surfaces coated with a cleaning solution and prevents slipping on steel surfaces coated with glycerol.
