Aluminum and Steel Blind Rivets

Aluminum and steel blind rivets. The product consists of a steel mandrel and an aluminum blind rivet sleeve.

They require a pre-drilled through-hole through both elements to be joined. These rivets are also effective for connecting sheet metal to load-bearing structures and for other assembly work involving various materials.

Blind rivets are most often used where welding is impossible. They allow connections to be made in hard-to-reach spaces. Rivets are available in lengths ranging from 6 to 20 millimeters, with a mandrel diameter ranging from 3 to 5 mm. All blind rivets can be installed using standard hand riveters with appropriately selected handles.

FEATURES:

  • mandrel made of steel, rivet sleeve made of aluminum
  • design ensures quick assembly and creates a secure connection
  • can be installed using manual and pneumatic riveting tools
  • rivets are available in several dozen dimensional variants

PRODUCT MATERIAL:
The mandrel is made of steel, while the rivet sleeve is made of aluminum.

APPLICATION:
Designed for connecting sheet metal and other metal components to steel substrates.

Examples of use:
Body shops, automotive repair shops, and other minor workshop tasks.
