A broad-spectrum preparation based on pure copper for protecting components operating at high temperatures and exposed to corrosion and seizing after long periods of operation.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Lubrication of screw and plug connections, flanges, pipes, valves, and furnace hinges during assembly.

Suitable for boilers, engines, turbines, fittings, braking systems, exhaust systems, and battery terminals in motor vehicles.

For use in chemical and petrochemical plants, factories, refineries, and ceramic, glass, and steel works.

For assembly work on machines and screw connections exposed to high temperatures and corrosion.

PROPERTIES

• Thermal resistance from -30°C to +1000°C
• Resistant to salt water, alkalis, and acids
• Provides effective sealing in corrosive environments and prevents rust formation
• Remains permanently adhesive across extreme temperature ranges and prevents the formation of cold welds
• Ensures consistent friction values and reduces squeaking
• Protects against burning and seizing
• Contains copper pigments to prevent sticking
• Resistant to high pressure
• Do not use the grease on aluminum components

HOW TO USE

• Clean the surface to be treated of dust, grease, and old lubricant.
• Shake the container vigorously for approximately 30 seconds before use.
• Apply from a distance of 5–10 cm.

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS:

Flammable product – do not apply to hot surfaces. Do not use on aluminum components.

STORAGE

Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and store at +5°C to +25°C.

EXPIRATION DATE

Shelf life: 36 months from the date of production. The production date/batch number is indicated on the bottom of the packaging.
