FLEX LINE Work Trousers
FLEX LINE work trousers are professional clothing for specialists. They have a modern cut, neat finish, and are highly durable. FLEX LINE trousers are made from RIP-STOP polyester-cotton fabric with elastic properties. This combination ensures comfort and durability. In case of a tear, the fabric does not fray, preventing the hole from enlarging and making it easier to repair. FLEX LINE trousers are versatile and suitable for many areas of the construction industry, including electrical installation, roofing, electromechanical service, and even the food industry. Reflective 3M Scotchlite elements enhance visibility.
CORDURA Reinforcements:
In addition to RIP-STOP, FLEX LINE trousers are reinforced with nylon CORDURA fabric. It is coated with polyurethane on the inside for high durability, abrasion resistance, and moisture protection. The material is used on the outer parts of pockets and the bottom of the legs. Knee pockets designed for foam inserts are also made from this fabric.
Multifunctional and Convenient Pockets:
The trousers are not only durable but also highly functional. They feature multiple pockets for small items and specific tools. Two pockets around the waist have zippers, while others use velcro. Additional accessible pockets hold documents, tape measures, knives, and handled tools.
Reinforced Stitching and Protection of Vulnerable Areas:
The polyester-cotton fabric is elastic and adapts to the body. RIP-STOP fabric is durable, moisture-resistant thanks to TEFLON finishing, breathable, and skin-friendly. The fabric is reinforced with additional threads in the weave, preventing fraying and making repairs easier. All seams are triple-stitched, and the crotch features a second fabric layer (patch) for extra strength. Reinforcements with bartacks are applied in critical areas.
Comfortable Cut and Fastenings:
The trousers have a modern cut and stretch fabric that fits the body well. Tapered legs prevent rolling under footwear. Inside, an elastic belt keeps the trousers in place even when pockets are loaded and holds other tucked clothing. Metal buttons and high-quality YKK zippers are used for closures.
