The HSS-TiN conical countersink is a highly practical tool. The cylindrical shank allows mounting in drills, screwdrivers, or milling machines. The countersink is used for deburring and countersinking holes and should be operated at low speeds.
It is suitable for working with all types of metals such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. The HSS-TiN STALCO PERFECT conical countersink offers excellent durability and long service life. It is made of high-speed steel (HSS), and the working tip is additionally coated with titanium nitride.
Thanks to this coating, the tool maintains its dimensions for a long time, even when working with difficult materials. The 90-degree countersink angle and three cutting edges ensure high efficiency. The countersink is available in diameters of 6.3 mm, 12.4 mm, and 20.5 mm, allowing work with many standard screw holes.
