The Stalco Perfect PowerArc 160 is a compact MMA inverter welder designed for assembly, service, and workshop applications where portability, arc stability, and reliable operation are essential. Powered by a 230 V single-phase power supply, the machine utilizes IGBT inverter technology, providing stable welding parameters and smooth, efficient performance.

The welder supports MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding with an adjustable welding current range of 20–160 A and is compatible with coated electrodes from Ø1.6–4.0 mm, making it suitable for general construction, maintenance, repair, and installation work. It delivers a maximum welding current of 160 A, with a 20% duty cycle at 160 A and 100% duty cycle at 71 A (10-minute reference cycle), allowing the operator to match the output to a wide range of welding tasks.

Integrated welding support functions improve both welding performance and ease of use. Automatic Hot Start temporarily increases the starting current to ensure quick and reliable arc ignition. Arc Force dynamically stabilizes the welding arc during operation, while Anti-Stick minimizes the risk of the electrode sticking to the workpiece, making removal easier and reducing interruptions.

The PowerArc 160 achieves an efficiency of 85%, demonstrating the high performance of its inverter system. It is equipped with thermal protection and fan cooling, ensuring reliable operation under load. The IP21S protection rating makes the welder suitable for standard workshop and installation environments.
