PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The STALCO PERFECT replacement blade for plastic putty is a practical accessory designed for plastic surface putty knives equipped with an interchangeable blade system. It is suitable for smoothing plaster, leveling surfaces, and removing excess finishing material.
The blade is made of 0.3 mm thick hardened stainless steel with a hardness of 48–50 HRC. It provides excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, and resistance to rust and corrosion, making it suitable for frequent use and demanding working conditions. The flexible construction allows the blade to follow uneven surfaces for smooth and precise finishing.
The rounded blade corners allow precise and even spreading of putty while helping prevent scratches and uneven material buildup. The interchangeable system features four locks compatible with STALCO PERFECT 0.3 mm plastic putty profiles. The blade can be replaced quickly by releasing the clamps without additional tools.
STALCO offers replacement blades in several sizes, ranging from 150 to 1500 mm, with widths adapted to the corresponding plastic surface putty profiles.
