PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The KOSZ63 basket is designed to enable the simultaneous milling of insulation material and deep installation of KTS thermal insulation plugs. It significantly simplifies and speeds up the installation process by creating a recess in the insulation material while positioning the plug.
The basket is designed for use with ZTB62 and ZTS62 thermal insulation plugs and complements KTS plugs with a screw-in steel pin. It is suitable for fastening polystyrene and mineral wool insulation boards.
The KOSZ63 basket is manufactured from high-quality plastic with good mechanical strength. With a diameter of 63 mm, it provides an efficient solution for deep installation of thermal insulation plugs.

PRODUCT MATERIAL:
The basket is made of a high-quality polypropylene copolymer. The steel expansion pin is encased in glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, helping to reduce thermal bridging.
APPLICATION:
Designed for installing thermal insulation on building substrates such as Class C concrete, ceramic brick, aggregate concrete, and aerated concrete. Suitable for insulation materials up to 260 mm thick.
The system can be used for fastening polystyrene boards and mineral wool insulation boards to vertical surfaces.
