Rubber Sealant is a permanently elastic mass based on synthetic rubber, resistant to changing weather conditions and UV radiation. It has excellent adhesion to various porous and non-porous construction substrates, including asphalt and bitumen masses. Suitable for specialized roofing work and provides immediate water resistance.
Properties:
- Excellent adhesion to wet or slightly oily surfaces
- Permanently elastic with excellent mechanical properties after curing
- Does not flow on vertical surfaces
- Good adhesion to most construction surfaces such as wood, concrete, metal, steel, glass, bitumen, copper, galvanized sheets
- Resistant to atmospheric influences, UV radiation, and aging
- No primer required
- Paintable
- Does not cause corrosion
- Mold resistant
- Free from silicone and isocyanates
Application Limitations:
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene
Uses:
- Sealing gutters, chimney flashings, ventilation openings, pipe and antenna penetrations
- Sealing and bonding wall flashings and skylight connections
- Installation and service work in HVAC: heating, ventilation, air conditioning
- Moisture-proofing building walls in combination with the foundation
- Cold bonding of roof membranes and films
Packaging: Cartridge 280 ml | 12 pcs per pack
Storage: 24 months in a dry, cool place at +5°C to +25°C in the original sealed packaging. Store upright, away from food, feed, and medicines.

Instructions for Use:
- Surface Preparation: Remove all peeling and loose parts. Clean dust, grease, and rust. Test adhesion before use on new surfaces.
- Joint and Cartridge Preparation: Use masking tape for neat edges. Cut the top of the cartridge, attach the nozzle, and insert into a caulking gun. Retract piston when pausing or changing cartridge.
- Apply sealant evenly. Smooth with a finishing tool or soapy water, pressing firmly onto the surface.
- If used in water, slight yellowing may occur but does not affect quality.
- Remove masking tape before curing begins. Clean tools with alcohol.
- Instructions are based on experience, but preliminary testing is recommended for each use case.
