High-quality, rain-resistant acrylic sealant, filler and repair compound for indoor and outdoor use
Speedline Top Acryl is a high-quality acrylic sealant, filler and repair compound specifically developed for outdoor use. It is immediately rain-resistant and can be excellently overpainted. Based on acrylic dispersion technology, the product cures through water evaporation and forms a durable, permanently plasto-elastic rubber.

Applications
Speedline Top Acryl is suitable for sealing, filling and repairing joints, shrinkage joints, gaps, cracks and holes in outdoor areas where exposure to rain is possible.
It is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications, including:
- Sealing perimeter joints around window and door frames
- Sealing joints around electrical sockets and penetrations
- Sealing connections between walls, ceilings, skirting boards, panels, profiles and other building elements
- Filling and repairing cracks, shrinkage joints, gaps and holes in facades, walls, ceilings and other surfaces
- Sealing connections between metal components
- Applications in air-duct, vehicle body, trailer, ship and container construction
Suitable for many substrates, including wood, plywood, insulation materials, hardboard, softboard, paint and lacquer systems, plaster, render, sprayed plaster, masonry, concrete, aerated concrete, calcium silicate brick, plasterboard and metals.
Application Conditions
- Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C
- Apply to sound, compatible, clean, grease-free and dust-free substrates
- Porous, absorbent and open substrates do not need to be completely dry
- Ensure correct joint dimensions to accommodate movement
- Remove loose material with a suitable brush
- Degrease substrates thoroughly
- Very porous or highly absorbent substrates, such as gypsum blocks, aerated concrete, calcium silicate brick and masonry, should be evenly primed with a brush
- Smooth and finish with water before skin formation

Overpainting
Speedline Top Acryl can be excellently overpainted with synthetic and dispersion paints.
For the best result, overpaint after complete curing, as this allows for material shrinkage. Painting too early may result in cracks in the paint layer. Highly filled dispersion paints may also be susceptible to cracking.
Limitations
- Not suitable for prolonged or permanent water exposure
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PTFE, PMMA, soft plastics, neoprene or bituminous substrates
- Discolouration may occur under certain conditions, such as direct contact with chemicals or plasticizer migration from the substrate
- Adhesion, material compatibility and paint compatibility should be tested beforehand
Packaging
24 × 310 ml cartridges
