Glass Fiber Anti-Scratch Tape for Plasterboards, also known as glass non-woven tape, is a thin, matte technical fabric made of loosely arranged, fine glass fibers bonded together. It is primarily designed for reinforcing joints between plasterboards (GK), helping strengthen the connections between boards and prevent cracking of plaster or filler at the joints. The tape is also suitable for repairing cracks in walls and ceilings, providing reliable reinforcement for minor surface repairs.
APPLICATION:
The tape is designed for reinforcing joints between plasterboards, particularly in areas prone to cracking. It can also be used for minor repairs to wall and ceiling surfaces. The tape should be embedded into the joint compound or cracks and, once dry, covered with surface plaster and finished to match the surrounding wall, creating a smooth and flush surface.
