STALCO BASIC NEON LINE High-Visibility Work Bib Trousers

The STALCO BASIC NEON LINE high-visibility work bib trousers are designed for demanding working environments where increased visibility is essential. They are suitable for road construction, work at heights above 8 metres, deep excavations, logistics centres, loading and unloading operations, dock work and crane operation. Featuring a universal fit, they are available in sizes from S to 4XL.

The trousers are made from high-visibility fabric with a cotton-rich inner surface and a smooth polyester outer surface. The cotton provides comfort and helps promote air circulation, while the polyester exterior makes it easier to remove dirt and dust. This combination makes the trousers suitable for working in warm conditions.

The neon fabric is complemented by wide 75 mm reflective tapes and contrasting reinforced navy blue details. These features improve the wearer's visibility in high-risk working areas.

Areas particularly exposed to wear are reinforced with PU-coated OXFORD 600D fabric. This durable polyester material offers increased resistance to abrasion and tearing, while its polyurethane coating provides water-repellent properties. Reinforcements are used on the knee pad pockets, rear pockets, front waist pockets and lower legs. The lower leg sections can be extended by 4.5 cm.

The practical design includes 14 functional pockets for carrying tools and personal accessories. Storage options include waist and rear pockets, three chest pockets, a phone pocket, a ruler pocket and a hammer loop. The knee pockets are designed to accommodate foam protective inserts. Adjustable suspenders with elastic sections and plastic snap fasteners provide a comfortable, secure fit. Triple-stitched seams improve durability, while the metal zip fly provides reliable fastening.
