The confirmat screw is a specialized fastener designed for the furniture and carpentry industries. It features an Allen key socket for secure installation and controlled tightening. The screw is primarily used to connect two wooden or wood-based panels at right angles, creating a rigid and durable joint. It is suitable for furniture construction, MDF kitchen cabinets, shelving units, and interior finishing projects.
The KOS confirmat screw is designed to provide a secure connection while helping prevent damage to the structure of chipboard and other wood-based materials. It must be installed into pre-drilled holes using specially designed confirmat drill bits to ensure proper alignment and a reliable fit. Its wide thread provides a firm grip, while the head design helps distribute pressure during tightening. The Allen key socket allows precise control over the applied force, making it suitable for assembling a wide range of furniture.
