PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The KTM insulation fixing plug is designed for the mechanical fastening of thermal insulation materials using a hammer-in metal pin. The plug is manufactured from high-quality polypropylene copolymer, while the steel pin is electro-galvanized for corrosion protection. The pin head is additionally coated with polyamide reinforced with glass fiber, helping to improve thermal insulation and reduce thermal bridging through the insulation layer.
The KTM plug is suitable for fastening polystyrene boards, mineral wool, and other insulation boards used in building insulation systems. It is available in diameters of 8 and 10 mm, with lengths ranging from 95 to 360 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of insulation thicknesses.
