STALCO PERFECT PILAR Anti-Cut Chainsaw Trousers

The STALCO PERFECT PILAR anti-cut trousers are designed for professional chainsaw operators who carry out intensive daily work in demanding terrain conditions. They combine protective features, durable materials and an ergonomic design that supports freedom of movement when bending, working on slopes or operating in difficult environments.

These trousers are classified as Category III personal protective equipment and comply with EN ISO 11393-2, providing protection for the lower limbs against chainsaw cuts. The Design A protective construction covers 180° of the front leg, with an additional 5 cm of protection on the left side. The protective material extends from approximately 5 cm above the lower edge of the leg to at least 20 cm above the crotch. Its specialised anti-cut construction is designed to brake and block the saw chain, helping reduce the risk of serious injury.

The main fabric is made from a durable, flexible nylon and elastane blend that offers abrasion resistance while adapting to body movements. CORDURA® reinforcements provide additional durability in areas exposed to intensive wear. Reflective elements improve visibility in low-light conditions and when illuminated by vehicle headlights, in accordance with EN 17353 Type B2.

For added comfort during demanding work, the trousers feature a raised rear waistband for better coverage and ventilation panels at the back of the thighs to support airflow. Buttons allow suspenders to be attached, while the practical pocket layout includes a dedicated pocket for a chainsaw tool key, a thigh pocket and a ruler pocket. Suspenders are included.
