The low-temperature polyurethane foam is designed for sealing, filling, and insulation work in demanding weather conditions. It can be applied at temperatures as low as -10°C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor construction applications, even during colder seasons.

The foam provides effective thermal, acoustic, and moisture insulation while maintaining its physical and mechanical properties under extreme conditions. Its resistance to mould and fungi makes it suitable for a wide range of installation and sealing tasks, including window and door installation, joint sealing, and filling gaps and cavities.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS:

• Sealing during the installation of PVC and aluminium windows and doors.

• Sealing stair steps, roof joints, wall joints, and ceiling joints.

• Thermal and acoustic insulation of partition walls, bathtubs, shower trays, and water and sewage systems.

• Filling empty spaces, gaps, cracks, and pipe penetrations.

• Sealing structural elements in frame construction.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Foam yield: 42–48 litres, depending on temperature and air humidity.

• Application temperature: -10°C to +30°C.

• Temperature resistance: -40°C to +90°C.

• Can temperature: +10°C to +25°C.

• Skin formation time: 10–14 minutes (20°C / 60% RH).

• Pre-treatment time: 20–25 minutes.

• Full curing time: 24 hours (23°C / 50% RH).

• Colour: Light yellow.

STORAGE:

• Shelf life: 18 months when stored in the original unopened packaging in a dry, cool place at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C.

• Higher storage temperatures may shorten the shelf life.

• Store in an upright position.
