OPŚ worm drive clamps are designed for quick, secure, and reliable fastening of industrial hoses, pipes, and flexible conduits. Each clamp consists of a 9 mm-wide metal band and a tightening mechanism operated by a hexagonal-head screw with an additional Phillips socket. The screw and locking mechanism are made of electro-galvanized steel, while the band is coated with an aluminium-zinc (Al-Zn) layer for improved resistance to external conditions.
These worm drive clamps are ideal for securely attaching rubber hoses to fittings in water, air, and gas systems, as well as for automotive, construction, and industrial applications. The worm drive mechanism allows the band to tighten evenly around the hose, pressing it firmly against the connector to help create a tight seal. The smooth inner surface and rounded edges help protect the hose from damage during installation and use.
