This is how we make building and renovating clear and manageable. For private customers and professionals alike. We also serve as a wholesaler for trade businesses, with a wholesale account and business terms.

Everything for building and renovating from one complete supplier

New construction, a renovation or a weekend job? In our webshop you will find everything for construction, from structural work to finishing:

• Building materials: building boards, plasterboard and plaster, adhesives, sealants, grout, fixings and installation materials.
• Tiles: wall tiles, floor tiles and outdoor tiles, plus tile adhesive, grout and finishing profiles.
• Sanitary ware: taps, toilets, washbasins and showers.
• Accessories: sanitary ware accessories that complete your project.
• Tools: hand tools, power tools and measuring tools.
• Workwear and PPE: work shoes, gloves, hearing, eye and respiratory protection.

We work with brands including Cersanit, Meissen Keramik, Kerakoll, Progress Profiles, Stalco and Raimondi, and more suppliers are continuously coming online.

Our online building platform: how Saniso works

At Saniso, you manage your project online, at your own pace:

• Choose and order in the webshop.
• Design and calculate in the Design Lab. In the Planning Lab, you design your space in 3D and immediately calculate how much material you need.
• Inspiration and knowledge in our catalogues, on our blog and in the frequently asked questions, with step-by-step guidance for many jobs.
• Your project in one place with a project list in your customer account (see below).

Coming soon: with Saniso's service configurator, you can put together your job yourself. You choose the job, the options and any additional or reduced work. The service configurator is currently being developed.

Saniso Advice & Support

You can ask a question on every page of saniso.nl. Click the chat button in the bottom right to open Saniso Support. Anna, team leader at Saniso, answers the live chat, and you can ask her anything:

• which product suits your situation and whether products work together;
• dimensions, connections and technical specifications;
• how many tiles, how much adhesive or other material you may need;
• your order, delivery, quote or project list;
• business ordering and a showroom appointment.

Project lists: your materials and coordination in one overview

With a project list, you bring together all the materials for your project, for example by construction phase. You submit this list as a quote request. Our team will then come back to you with a proposal and coordinate delivery or collection with you.

• Only with a customer account: create an account or log in.
• Materials and coordination: we supply the materials and coordinate delivery or collection with you, so everything for your project is managed by one supplier.
• Gas and electricity: always have work on gas and electricity carried out by a certified installer.
• Demolition waste: we do not arrange containers or the disposal of demolition waste. This is handled by a waste company or your municipality's recycling centre.

Delivery throughout Europe or collection in Zwaag

• Delivery throughout Europe: in the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries. Each delivery location has its own delivery costs. Would you like to know these in advance? Email us your delivery address and what you would like to order.
• Collection: collect your order from Saniso in Zwaag. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for order picking.

For private customers and professionals

Private customer? Order in the webshop, create a project list for your renovation or ask Anna for advice. You do not need to be a professional to order from Saniso.

Professional? Contractors, installers, architects and other trade businesses order from us on business terms:

• Wholesale account: discount on selected products, product categories or the entire website. Our back office sets this discount individually for each account.
• Payment terms in consultation with our sales team: in advance, within 7 days or within 14 days. If you do not pay in the webshop, you will receive a payment link from us.
• Project quotes for large quantities or an entire project, via your project list.
• Company outside the Netherlands? You may qualify for 0% VAT.

Could not find what you are looking for?

Is a product not available in the webshop? We will find a supplier for you. Send us the brand, item number or a photo via live chat or email. Our range is growing, with more and more suppliers coming online.

Showroom in Zwaag, by appointment

At our showroom at De Corantijn 95, 1689 AN Zwaag, you can see materials in person and discuss your plans with our team.

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00–16:30
• Saturday: 9:00–14:30
• Monday and Sunday: closed

You are welcome to walk in, but we recommend making an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our team to give you the time and attention you deserve. You can choose an in-store visit, an online video call, a site visit or a phone call.

Can I order from Saniso as a private customer?

Yes. You can simply order in the webshop. Are you working on a larger project? Create a customer account and add your materials to a project list. Need advice? Ask Anna in the live chat.

I am a contractor or installer. What can Saniso do for my business?

You can request a wholesale account, with discounts on selected products, categories or the entire website. Our back office sets this discount individually for each account. There are also payment terms (in advance, 7 or 14 days, in consultation with our sales team) and project quotes through your project list.

Does Saniso deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes, Saniso delivers throughout Europe. Each delivery location has its own delivery costs. Email us your delivery address and your order, and we will let you know the delivery cost in advance. You can also collect your order yourself in Zwaag.

Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?

Yes, you are welcome to walk in. The showroom is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:30 and Saturday from 9:00 to 14:30. We recommend making an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

What if I cannot find a product in the webshop?

We will find a supplier for you. Send us the brand, item number or a photo via live chat or email.
