The HEAVY LINE STALCO PERFECT waist-length work trousers are a professional workwear item. These trousers protect against cuts and scratches, as well as weather conditions. Made of a polyester-cotton blend, they combine comfort and durability. Zippered ventilation openings enhance comfort.
For added safety, they are equipped with additional reflective elements. FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
CORDURA fabric reinforcements
The HEAVY LINE trousers are reinforced in critical areas with PU-coated CORDURA fabric. Moisture-wicking polyester material with increased tear resistance is placed in the most vulnerable areas, including the knees, outside pockets, and lower legs. The reinforcements are attached to the outside of the trousers, so they do not compromise comfort.
Multifunctional and comfortable pockets
For added functionality, the trousers are equipped with numerous pockets. The waistband features detachable utility pockets, perfect for storing small, sharp work accessories. Additional pockets are located around the waist and on the legs. The trousers also feature pockets for specific uses, such as rulers, keys, phones, tool handles, or ID badges. The pockets are not fully sewn to the leg, preventing them from tearing during sudden movements.
Reinforced stitching and protection of the most exposed areas
Designed for the toughest work, the HEAVY LINE waist trousers feature additional reinforcements. An elastic gusset at the crotch prevents the trousers from loosening during movement. All seams are triple-stitched to prevent tearing. Reinforcement bartacks around the pockets, fly, and belt loops minimize the risk of tearing.
Comfortable cut and fastenings
The trousers feature a modern and comfortable cut. A raised waistband at the back prevents riding up, and wide, durable belt loops allow for comfortable belt retention. Tapered legs prevent the trousers from riding up under shoes. A durable metal YKK zipper is used on the fly and utility pockets. It can be easily opened even while wearing work gloves, without fear of damage from sand particles or other debris.
