The Stalco Perfect MowMaster RTK is an advanced, next-generation robotic mower designed for precise, fully automatic lawn care of lawns up to 3,000 m². It combines high-performance mowing with intelligent navigation systems, extensive app control, and advanced safety features, eliminating the need for boundary wires.

The robot achieves maximum mowing efficiency of up to 1500 m² per day, allowing it to efficiently manage large areas. It is powered by a 21.6 V Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 9.4 Ah (203 Wh), which provides an average of up to 3 hours of operation on a single charge. A 230 mm cutting width, adjustable height from 30–60 mm, and a mowing speed of 0.2–0.6 m/s allow you to precisely adapt the robot's operation to lawn conditions. The device can handle slopes up to 28.8° (55%), maintaining stability and mowing accuracy at a low noise level of 60 dB.

RTK system – precise mowing without cables

The robot utilizes RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) technology, which uses a GPS reference station as a reference point. The receiver in the robot compares satellite data with the base station and performs differential calculations, achieving positioning accuracy of 1–2 cm. This allows for precise mowing boundaries, precise guidance of the robot along planned lines, and the elimination of overlapping passes and missed sections of the lawn.

MowMaster RTK supports two RTK reference stations – if required, the system can be expanded with an additional, optional station, increasing installation flexibility on large and complex sites.

SmartVision (VSLAM) – intelligent analysis of the environment

RTK positioning is complemented by the SmartVision (VSLAM) system, which analyzes the surroundings in real time. The robot uses deep machine learning algorithms to recognize obstacles, landscape features, and changes in the terrain, enabling smooth maneuvering and safe avoidance of objects. The system continuously refines the robot's movement, increasing mowing efficiency and reliability.

LoRa connectivity – stable communication over large areas

Communication is handled by a LoRa system, ensuring stable connectivity at a distance of up to 210 m, covering an area of approximately 138,000 m². This solution guarantees reliable positioning and communication when mowing large areas. The robot also supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, enabling configuration and control via a mobile app.

Control and mapping from the app

The app allows you to monitor the robot's operation in real time, remotely adjust the mowing height and speed, and initiate the terrain mapping process. Mapping can be performed remotely or manually. Additionally, the app allows you to manually control the robot while mowing.

Via the app, the user can manage up to 15 mowing zones, define restricted zones and driving paths, and set up to 10 mowing schedules, which allows the robot to precisely adapt its operation to the garden layout and the user's needs.

Innovative cutting disc system and safety

The innovative cutting disc system minimizes resistance during mowing, especially in taller grass or on uneven terrain. The disc design allows for smooth operation even with momentary contact with the ground, increasing mowing stability and protecting the cutting system.

The robot is equipped with an extensive safety system, including ultrasonic sensors, Hall-effect proximity sensors, a crash sensor, lift, tilt, and rollover sensors, an emergency brake, a rain sensor, and an anti-theft system. IPX6 ratings for the robot and IPX5 ratings for the charging station and reference station ensure weather resistance.
