From insulation board adhesive, the insulation boards, a reinforcing layer of adhesive with glass-fibre mesh, and a finishing render. Each layer has its own product, matched to the layer above and below.
Glass-fibre mesh is embedded in the adhesive over the boards, with an overlap at the seams and around openings. The mesh comes on rolls of 50 m.
The boards are bonded with an insulation board adhesive and, depending on the substrate and the height of the facade, also fixed with insulation plugs. The adhesive is applied in a bead around the edge and in dabs in the middle.
A finishing render gives the facade its texture and colour and covers the reinforcing layer. It is applied over the primed mesh layer, in the grain size that matches the look you want.
